30 Days Change of Mind
To give you the complete peace of mind, Lifeworx offers 30 Days Change of Mind Policy. You can return an item if you or make an incorrect choice, you can send it back to us for your money back. You can return your items within 30 days of you placing your order.
If you would like to return your item for your money back, please follow the below procedure.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with information of your order number and item that you wish to return
- You will be advised with a return authorization number and our return address
- Include the return authorization number with your returned item so your return can be processed as soon as possible
- Change of Mind Policy does not apply on bonus item / packer
- The item cannot be opened, used, worn or damaged, and at in 100% re-sealable condition when we receive the item.
- You cannot stick or write anything on the item or its packaging. You can only place postage sticker on the outer postage packaging.
- Once the refund is approved, we will transfer the fund via the payment method you pay your order. You will be refunded the total cost MINUS the initial and return postage charges, even if you receive free delivery in the first place.
- Certain types of products may not be returned under this policy. Please contact our customer service to find out more information.
If the requirements are not satisfied, Lifeworx reserves the right not to offer a refund of change of mind returns.
Warranty on Damaged / Faulty Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to your statutory rights, Lifeworx offer a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period. Lifeworx warranty as outlined above and below does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The Lifeworx warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The Lifeworx warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Lifeworx to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).
Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories [such as chains, carry bags, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, mats, nets, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, safety gear etc.] are not covered by Lifeworx’ standard warranty once used. Should your part or consumable component arrive with a manufacturer’s fault please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.
Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution Lifeworx can offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned to determine fault/issue. If the products are unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may choose between a full refund via the original payment method or a replacement product.In the case of a minor failure, the Lifeworx warranty may cover fitment of replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.

All products purchased from lifeworx.net.au include warranty. Our products are generally offered with 12-month warranty. However, some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period.
You will need to notify Lifeworx within 30 working days in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval by us.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Warranty is non-transferrable. However, if you are our reseller, warranty will be provided to your customers.
